A time of new beginnings, as the educational year begins, and also a time of release, as we learn from the trees to begin to let go of anything that is not support us in nuturing our roots, our souls, over Winter months, ready for blossoming again in Spring.

There's a wild abundance all around us 🌼🌿 a little gentle nudge that the Wild Chamomile is singing it's hearts out to work with us. Growing abundantly in the cracks where the road meets the pavement.

(Sometimes called Pineapple W**d), soothing and calming, it can be worked with in the same way as Chamomile, in herbal teas, sprays, tincture, bath soaks, body oils...Just ensure it's rinsed first!

Here I've worked with Wild Chamomile, Lavender, Mint, and Rosemary, to create a herbal mist, storing it in the fridge for a refreshing calming spritz during the day.

I also added a Rhodonite crystal for compassion, balance, grounding, love, and understanding.

Enjoy the beauty of this abundant Litha energy, that still surrounds us, before we turn towards Lughnasadh, and those first whisperings of Autumn! 🌾

Happy Summer Solstice ☀️ Solstice, a time to embrace the wisdom of the Sun and 'standstill' (as the Sun appears to 'standstill' in the sky for a few days).

The Solstice's gift us chance for reflection. To ground ourselves to Mother Earth, and lift our faces to the sacred Sun.

Thank you to everyone who came to Summer Solstice Sound Journey, where we also created Summer Solstice candles to light the way through the Winter Solstice 🕯

Holy Island 🌿 lovely Anglesey, Ynys Môn. Through the portal of Penrhos feilw Standing Stones, and on to the peaceful stillness of Trefignath Chambered Tomb 🏵

On leaving the Tomb there was a vibrant, beautiful Pheasant sat watching from a stone wall in the sunshine. I was too entranced take a photo! It's colours were so vivid. An encouragement to show our true colours, tap into our unique talents, and embrace renewal in our own lives, as we flow through the portal of the Summer Solstice ✨️
