A gentle Yin Yoga course designed to help you slow down, release stress, improve sleep, and reconnect with your natural energy.

✨ Suitable for all ages (under 18s accompanied by a guardian)

✨ Move at your own pace in a supportive, non-judgemental environment

Inspired by the nourishing Earth element of Late Summer in Traditional Chinese Medicine, each class offers a welcoming space to rest, unwind, and cultivate a greater sense of balance and wellbeing. Through long-held, supported poses, mindful breathing, and guided meditation, you'll learn simple practices to help calm the nervous system and ease tension in both body and mind.
