Beginners Breathwork & Relaxation Evening

Have you been feeling stressed, overwhelmed or like you just need some time to slow down and breathe?

I’m holding a beginners breathwork session on Monday 10th August at my Studio, where we’ll take some time to reconnect with our breath and learn some simple techniques that you can use in everyday life.

You don’t need any experience with breathwork — this session is suitable for complete beginners and is all about creating a calm space to relax, reset and focus on yourself.

We’ll finish with a relaxing meditation to leave you feeling grounded and refreshed.

Monday 10th August
6.30pm – 7.30pm
£18 per person
