🌟 Professional Develpment Update 🌟

Very informative weekend back at Western School of Massage undertaking the advanced remedial knee and ankle workshop. Under the expertise of tutor Scott Liddell we covered advanced assessment, soft tissue techniques and passive movements to treat these joints which play a vital role in movement and stability. Issues in these joints can affect the entire body and treatment plans aim to reduce discomfort and improve pain free range of movements.

Home after a fantastic weekend participating in McMillan Cancer Support Mighty Hike at the Giants Causeway. 26 miles of breathtaking scenery supporting a wonderful charity who strive to provide vital cancer services and campaign for better cancer care.
As an oncology massage therapist it made me feel truly privileged to be a tiny part of my clients journey whether within my home clinic or as a volunteer therapist at Ayrshire Cancer Support. Forever grateful 🙏🏽

Fabulous weekend of advanced learning at Western School of Massage with expert teaching from the very knowledgeable Scott Liddell.

It was so good to be back with other therapists in such a supportive environment expanding my knowledge and skills through advanced assessment, muscle testing and treatments of cervical and thoracic spine issues.

Looking forward to applying these skills in practice to improve my client outcomes!
