Our residents had an afternoon full of laughter, excitement and plenty of smiles at our Prize Bonkers Bingo! 🎉🎊
There were lots of prizes to be won, plenty of friendly competition, and even more giggles along the way. It's always wonderful to see everyone coming together & having fun.
Congratulations to all of our lucky winners, and thank you to everyone who joined in to make it another fantastic afternoon at Stocks Hall Mawdesley! 💙

What a fantastic day out at Blackpool Zoo! 🦁🐘🦧
Our residents had a wonderful time exploring the zoo and seeing so many amazing animals from around the world. There were lots of smiles,today's clear favourites were the magnificent elephants and the playful orangutans, who kept everyone entertained!

🌻 Sunflower Competition Results! 🌻
A huge thank you to our very own resident, Richard and activities lead Jo, for being our special judges. Richard has grown sunflowers all his life, with some reaching as tall as his house, and has even won sunflower-growing competitions himself!
A massive well done to everyone who took part. We were so impressed with all the beautiful sunflowers grown, and congratulations to all of our worthy winners! 🌻🏆

Recent Outings 🛍️☕️

Please enjoy these lovely snapshots of a few of our trips out recently! First up is our lovely Ryan and Pip whilst out on a trip to Chorley Market last week with WISH Activity Team member and Minibus driver, Lucy 🥰

Next up is our short walk to AJ’s Bistro at Stocks Hall Health Club and Spa where WISH members Alison and Laura, and our residents had a wonderful afternoon over coffee and cake ☕️🧁

🎶 What a wonderful afternoon of music and laughter! A huge thank you to Jill Fielding for entertaining our residents with a fantastic selection of well-loved songs that everyone could sing along to. 🎤
There were plenty of smiles as our residents shook their bells and tambourines, sang their hearts out, and enjoyed a fun-filled afternoon together. Thank you, Jill. 💙🎵

A Moo-velous Walk 🐄❤️

We had a lovely walk around the grounds of S.S Peter and Paul's church one morning last week, where we found some very cheeky cows 🐄

Then we had a lovely relaxing stroll down the country lanes of Mawdesley, collecting pine cones along the way. Ryan waving to Gayle on his way past 👋
