I also have a vacancy on Thursdays' in my 4 00 to 5 pm class. Cost is £7.50 payable in cash or bank transfer. I teach Hatha Yoga which is gentle with optional additions - which you choose. Lots of breathing. The class is held in my yoga studio, in Snarestone. Both men and women come along. No- one is watching you - they are too busy doing their own thing! I keep my eye on you for safety and to ensure you are okay with the posture. Oh, and lots of relaxation. Om Shanti (peace in everything). And breathe ........

Yoga for your hands? To help stiff or aching fingers - here is a mudra (yoga for hands and fingers) to ease the joints. Yes it really works and my lovely students love this one particularly. Students age range mostly 40 - 80. We say om (pronounced aum) as a chant - but it's the breathing that is vital. As your in- breathe ends we squeeze our hands, and uncurl one finger at a time stretching our fingers wide. We repeat at least 7 times. You can do this whilst watching television, sitting in the garden- just anywhere. Slow deep breathing calms your mkne and slows you down, whilst doing wonders for your hands. And breathe ... it's allowed honest. Oxygenated blood heals.

Quack, quack - super photo

Not 1 minute ago i hear quacking and rushed to grab camera, opened door and looked up to see these beauties noisily go by on their epic journey, just wow , i love that sound so much !
