I remember about 20 years ago reading a statistic that stated that if we continued on the trajectory that we were on by 2035 male s***m counts would be zero.

I'm not sure what current predictions are, however we do know that s***m counts are on the decline and in the clients I support on their fertility journey, male factor issues often feature.

Smell plays an important role in biological compatibility, so maybe the fact that so many of us where synthetic fragrance, hormonal contraceptive alters olfactory sense along with lots of other ways the chemicals in synthetic fragrances alter our endocrine system, it might just be worth knowing more about the choices we are making and the products we are using.

It was lovely to be back in the classroom today supporting ParentEd NI with their Summer SEAG Preparation Camp. Hopefully those attending have some skills no to help them stay Relaxed, Calm and Confident in the weeks ahead and during there exams.

I was very grateful for the opportunity to join and the community last weekend. As they gathered to further explore what it is they are building. They have big dreams and fantastic plans to create a very special community. It was an added bonus to have the retreat venue to myself on Sunday before heading to Lisbon for a few hours. So lovely to connect with who led a beautiful yoga practice@and to swim with a beautiful weekend of community@and connection along with fabulous food 💕
