This patient had been thinking about lip filler for a while, but kept putting it off because she was worried about looking overdone. She'd seen results on other people that looked obvious, puffy, or just not right, and she didn't want that. She wanted her lips to look better, not different.

This is one of the most common concerns I hear, and it's completely valid. Lip filler has a reputation that well-placed, conservative treatment doesn't deserve, and a lot of that comes from results where too much product was used, the wrong product was chosen, or the placement didn't take the overall face into account.

With this patient, we used 1.0ml, focused on improving shape, definition, and projection rather than simply adding volume. We chose the product carefully based on her existing lip tissue and what we were trying to achieve.

Placement was precise, working into the lip body and border to create a cleaner shape and better projection from the side, without pushing the lips forward or making them look inflated.

The result is lips that look like hers, just better. Fuller in the right places, with more shape and definition, and completely in proportion with the rest of her face. She left feeling like herself, which is exactly the goal.

The difference between lip filler that looks natural and lip filler that doesn't comes down to product selection, technique, and understanding that the lips don't exist in isolation. They sit within a face, and the result needs to work within that context.

If you've been curious about lip filler but worried about how it would look on you, book a consultation and let's talk through what's actually achievable for your face 💌

What most people don't realise is that a tan is the skin's stress response.

Melanin is produced and pushed to the surface in an attempt to absorb UV radiation and protect the deeper layers from damage. That golden colour is evidence that UV damage has already occurred, not a sign that the skin is thriving.

Beneath the surface, things are happening that won't show up for years. Collagen and elastin are breaking down faster than they can be replaced. Melanin production becomes increasingly unpredictable. The sudden worsening of skin tone and texture that patients notice in their forties and fifties hasn't come from nowhere. It's been accumulating for decades.

The post-holiday glow is also more temporary than most people realise. A few weeks after returning, as the tan fades, the pigmentation it was masking starts to surface. Skin that felt plump and hydrated feels dry and dull. It's one of the most common reasons people book a consultation in September.

If you've been unsure where to start or what you actually need, DM me the word "READY", and I'll help you figure out what would make a difference for you 💌

The secret to treating ageing skin was never one perfect treatment. It’s combining the right ones so you’re working on every layer at once.

Ageing doesn’t happen on a single level. We lose collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid - the skin thins, texture becomes uneven, and volume gradually diminishes. So it makes little sense to treat just one of those things in isolation and expect a complete result. The most natural, long-lasting outcomes always come from a considered, multi-layered approach.

That’s really the thinking behind combination treatments. Rather than simply filling a line or tightening the surface, you’re supporting the skin from the outside in and the inside out at the same time, restoring structure, firmness, hydration and radiance together.

For me, it comes down to pairing treatments that each do a different job. Something to lift and firm while restoring underlying support. Something to regenerate and deeply improve skin quality, backed up by good skincare at home. And something to resurface and even out tone, texture and pigmentation while boosting collagen. Each is effective on its own, but together they address far more than any one could.

The key is that it’s always personalised, built around your skin and the specific changes you’re noticing.

If you’d like a combination plan tailored to your skin, message me, and I’ll talk you through it, or head to the link in my bio to book a consultation 💌

Not every clinic is for everyone, and I think that's actually a good thing.

I have a very specific way of working. Every patient gets a proper consultation. Every treatment plan is built around what the face actually needs, not what's most popular or most profitable.

I'll always tell you honestly if something isn't right for you, even if that's not what you were hoping to hear.

The patients who get the most from coming here are the ones who want results that look like them, who understand that the best outcomes take time, and who want a practitioner they can trust to look at the whole picture rather than just the area they've pointed at.

If that sounds like what you've been looking for, you're in the right place, tap the link in my bio and take that first step when you’re ready 💌

This is what a few sessions of MOXI can do for pigmentation.

This patient came to me with uneven skin tone and sun damage that had built up over time. MOXI works by stimulating cellular turnover and improving how the skin functions at a deeper level.

It doesn't just target the visible pigment; it also improves the quality of the skin beneath it, which is why the results look so much more natural than traditional pigmentation treatments.

If uneven skin tone or pigmentation is something you've been wanting to address properly, book a consultation and let's talk through what MOXI could do for your skin 💌

Nervous about trying laser for the first time? MOXI is the one I’d always recommend starting with ✨️

Choosing your first laser treatment can feel overwhelming, especially when so much of what you see online involves significant redness and downtime. MOXI is different, and it’s exactly why it’s such a perfect entry point for anyone new to laser.

It’s a gentle fractional laser that resurfaces the skin to improve tone, texture, pigmentation, and early signs of ageing, while stimulating collagen from within. So you’re strengthening the skin at a deeper level, not just treating the surface, which is what gives such natural, healthy results.

What makes it ideal for first-timers is how manageable it is. The treatment is comfortable and quick, with minimal downtime, so most people are back to their normal routine almost straight away. Yet despite being gentle, the results build beautifully over the following weeks, without any harsh recovery. It’s also wonderfully versatile, addressing several concerns at once, and has a strong safety profile across all skin types.

Best of all, it lays the foundation for long-term skin health, keeping skin radiant and preparing it nicely for other treatments down the line if you ever want them.

If you’ve been curious about laser but weren’t sure where to start, comment MOXI, and I’ll send you more info. Or tap the link in my bio to book a consultation in clinic 💌
