This summer marks 10 years since I left my position as Lead Soft Tissue Therapist at Nottingham Forest Football Club to focus on building my own clinic. 9 years since beginning my work with UK Athletics and Team GB.

Time flies!

Working in athletics has been a fantastic experience, giving me the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the best therapists, coaches, and athletes in the world 🌍

It was great to to have Leigh Wood drop in to the new clinic in Thurgarton today!

It’s been some time since we last worked together and was good to catch up, and reflect on how life has progressed since we first started working together back in 2017! Big things achieved in and out of the ring.

Hopefully more sessions to come when the next big night rolls around! 🥊 🥊

Home from another great experience working with Uk Athletics, supporting the team of GB Athletes competing in the European 10,000m Cup in La Spezia, Italy 🇮🇹

Everyone competed fantastically in hot conditions!

As ever, it was a privilege to be a part of the team and learn more about the 10k event from some great coaches and athletes.

World Athletics Relay Championships 2026, Botswana.

It was a privilege to be involved again at the World Relay Championships as part of the Team GB Medical Team.

After a 10 day training camp in South Africa, we travelled to Gaborone, Botswana, for the Championships.

Another fantastic opportunity to work and learn alongside some of the best therapists & coaches in the game, and to be surrounded by the fastest people on the planet!! 🤣

Next week I travel out to South Africa with the Great Britain squad for the World Relay Championships.

I have no availability now until the week commencing May 11th.
