We are thrilled to share that everything is currently on schedule for a November 2026 opening, when we plan to officially move our Llandudno clinic into its wonderful new home.

🌍 Small steps, big impact:

Did you know you can reduce waste and support our local community at Boots?

We love finding ways to take care of our health and the planet, which is why we want to highlight the fantastic work The Hygiene Bank is doing in partnership with Boots.

Hygiene poverty is a major challenge, but you can help by dropping off new, unopened, and unused everyday essentials into the bright yellow charity bins at Boots.

What can you donate?

They accept anything under the hygiene umbrella, including:
🔹 Toiletries & haircare (shampoo, body wash, deodorant)
🔹 Dental care (toothbrushes and toothpaste)
🔹 Baby essentials (nappies and baby wipes)
🔹 Period products (pads and tampons)

Where to go in North Wales:

You can find these dedicated donation bins at major local Boots branches, including Llandudno (Mostyn Street), Bangor (High Street), Prestatyn, Rhyl, Colwyn Bay, and Wrexham.

💥 What have our osteopaths been treating lately?

Our team helped clients manage a massive variety of aches, injuries, and conditions last week, including:

🔹 Sciatica
🔹 Balance issues post-stroke
🔹 Sports injuries including strained bicep tendons
🔹 Difficulties and discomfort with walking
