Just thought I would give you all a little update on where we are at with the building work. As you can see we have corridors and can see where each new consulting room will be. At the moment our Phlebotomy room is getting a window hence the noise. This will make that room more comfortable for staff to use. We will update as we go, however hopefully still on track for completion late November!

LOUD NOISE UPDATE
We are hopefully back up and running now the noise has settled. There will be some noise on Thursday this week (23rd July) again only in the morning while they cut through the outside of window that is being placed within our Phlebotomy room. We will try to keep the disruption to a minimum and hopefully it wont be as loud inside the building. Many thanks- Updated photos coming soon!

LOUD NOISE
We have been advised the loud noise will continue this morning and we may not be able to hear patients on the phone that clearly. As a result if you can avoid calling the surgery before 12 we would appreciate this. The building work inside the building should be completed this morning and I will update as and when this is carried out. We hope to be back up running late morning for calls. We do appreciate your patience.

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our welcoming reception team at Airlie Medical Practice.
This is a varied and rewarding role within a busy GP practice and would suit someone who:
✅ Enjoys working with people
✅ Has excellent customer service and communication skills
✅ Can work well under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
✅ Has good attention to detail
✅ Is confident using Microsoft Word and Excel
✅ Works well as part of a team

Previous experience in a medical reception or administrative role would be advantageous, although not essential as full training will be given.
