I will be off on Holiday from tomorrow.

Most of my classes are off for this coming week.
With the following exceptions:
Wednesday 7:30pm at IB and Thursday 6:30pm at Pav will be Virtual Classes
Saturday 11am at Parkmore Hotel is being covered by 🧘🏼‍♀️ Holly 🧘🏼‍♀️

Join us for nice busy Friday.

Starting the day off at 9:15am with some DDP YOGA at (just under Healing Flow)
Join us for a yoga based workout that blends breathing, yoga positions, calisthenics, and isometric movement, perfect for those who want a bit more energy in their workouts.

And to finish off the day we return to for our Beginner Yoga class at 6:00pm. This is a session open to all levels, but aimed at beginners. We will warm up then break down movements to help you improve.

Nice mix of classes for Thursday

At 1:30pm we head over to Egglescliffe Community Centre for the ever popular Chair Yoga class. Gentle seated movement, stretching, and breathing, plus some standing and balance for those who are up for it. We always finish off with some breathing exercises and guided relaxation.
No need to book, just turn up and join in.

And to finish off the day we are at Thornaby Pavilion at 6:30pm for the weekly Yoga/Pilates mashup. This class will challenge your balance, build your strength, improve your flexibility, and strengthen your core.

It is Wednesday and at 5:45 I am back at for the new 5 week block of Body Flow Bootcamp, a high energy class that blends Yoga Flexibility and Pilates Core movements, we will get you moving and sweating. Book on directly through Norton Wellness.

Finishing the day find me at IB Leisure at 7:30pm for an energetic and fun 45minute class. We will stretch, balance, and work core. Book on the Tees Active app, website, or at reception.

At the start of the year I started a weekly Treadmill session.
In March I did my first parkrun since November 2024.
In June I got back to weekly parkruns.
In July I started getting serious.
