Tees Valley Unity Festival 🎉

Windermere Grange Care Home are joining the Dormans Club,along with a number of councils, faith groups, trade unions and other community organisations to support the 3rd Tees Valley Annual Unity Festival on Sunday 26 July 2026 from 11:00am until 5.00pm at the Dormans Club in Middlesbrough.

The event has music, dancing, stalls, food, inflatables, fairground rides, games and activities for the kids. 🎶

Windermere Grange have two stalls at the festival, so please pop by and say hello! 👋🏼 🍁

Country & Western Day! 🤠

The team at Windermere Grange arranged a Country & Western Day, the staff and residents dressed up country & western style, enjoyed a delicious BBQ lunch and sang & danced the afternoon away to country music. 🍔 🎶

Kirsty’s journey is a fantastic example of career progression, dedication and leadership within care 🌟

Since joining St Martins Care, Kirsty has progressed from Day Senior Carer to Deputy Manager, embracing opportunities to develop her skills and recently completing her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

Listening to music can really help improve quality of life, it can help reduce anxiety, help maintain speech and language and can have a positive impact on someone.

Residents of Windermere Grange Care Home enjoyed a sensory afternoon with the Party Boppers.

Residents awakened their senses by listening to music, feeling different materials, using the smell of lavender and seeing different coloured lights. 🎶🍁
