A magical Easter visit from the Easter Bunny 🐰💐

At The Gables Care Home, residents and children shared smiles, laughter, and lots of Easter joy together. From cuddles with the bunny to sweet treats and happy memories, it was a truly special day for everyone 💛🥚✨

A huge well done to everyone who took part in our Easter bonnet competition – the creativity was amazing!

Special congratulations to Susan for winning 🏆 – your bonnet was fantastic!

All of the entries were absolutely brilliant and it was so lovely to see everyone getting involved and having fun. 💛

✨ World Storytelling Day at The Gables ✨

We had a wonderful time celebrating World Storytelling Day with the lovely children from St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School 📚💛

The room was filled with smiles, laughter, and imagination as stories were shared between generations. Our residents loved listening to the children read and reminiscing about their own favourite stories from years gone by.

Moments like these are so special, bringing young and old together to connect, learn, and create lasting memories 💫

A big thank you to St Joseph’s for visiting us – we can’t wait to welcome you back again soon! 😊
