We’re looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our growing team at SNE Care Services! 💙

💼 What will you be doing?
As our Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our service, including:
✨ Coordinating the delivery of care services
✨ Supporting and supervising care and administrative teams
✨ Monitoring care plans and promoting continuity of care
✨ Supporting staff training, development and performance
✨ Working closely with service users, families and professionals
✨ Supporting safeguarding, investigations and incident management
✨ Assisting with audits, inspections and quality assurance
✨ Helping with rotas, workforce planning and operational coordination
✨ Supporting compliance with CQC standards and company policies
👀 We’d love to hear from you if you have:
✅ Experience within health or social care
✅ Experience coordinating services or supervising staff
✅ A good understanding of safeguarding and CQC requirements
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills
✅ Excellent organisation and time-management skills
✅ Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
✅ Good IT skills and experience with care management systems
✅ A proactive, problem-solving attitude
✅ A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
🎓 A Level 3 or Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable, or a willingness to work towards one.
