Most deadlift advice starts with the symptom.
"Keep your chest up." "Drive with your legs." "Engage your lats."
The problem is that these are often compensations—not the real reason your deadlift is breaking down.
My background in sports injury therapy and British Weightlifting coaching has taught me to look for something different:
The first meaningful breakdown in the movement.
That's the point where your body starts compensating, and it's usually where the biggest improvement can be made.
If your deadlift has stalled, feels inefficient, or breaks down under heavy loads, I've created a personalised Deadlift Weak Link Review.
I'll analyse your lift frame by frame, identify what's most likely limiting your performance, explain why it's happening, and tell you what to prioritise first.
DM to get started.
