Most deadlift advice starts with the symptom.
"Keep your chest up." "Drive with your legs." "Engage your lats."
The problem is that these are often compensations—not the real reason your deadlift is breaking down.
My background in sports injury therapy and British Weightlifting coaching has taught me to look for something different:
The first meaningful breakdown in the movement.
That's the point where your body starts compensating, and it's usually where the biggest improvement can be made.
If your deadlift has stalled, feels inefficient, or breaks down under heavy loads, I've created a personalised Deadlift Weak Link Review.
I'll analyse your lift frame by frame, identify what's most likely limiting your performance, explain why it's happening, and tell you what to prioritise first.

DM to get started.

Most athletes are told they need to get stronger, fitter or work harder.
Sometimes that is true.
But there is no point putting a bigger engine in a car if it is running on cheap tyres.
You can add more horsepower, but if that power cannot transfer to the road, you still will not get the performance the car is capable of.
The body works in a similar way.
You may already have enough strength, fitness or power to perform better.
The real limitation may be a weak link, compensation or inefficient movement strategy that wastes effort and stops your ability transferring into the task.
That is what Peak Performance is built around:
• Find the weak link. • Reduce wasted effort. • Transfer more into performance.
Strength. Conditioning. Running. Gymnastics. Olympic lifting.
Any movement where something is holding you back.

The same applies to movement.

You may already have the strength, fitness or power required—but a weak link, compensation or inefficient movement strategy can stop that capacity transferring into performance.

That is what Peak Performance is designed to identify.

Find the weak link.
Reduce wasted effort.
Transfer more into performance.

HBOT / oxygen therapy is used by people who want to support their recovery routine alongside sleep, nutrition, movement, and good lifestyle habits.
