🌧️ WITH THE WEATHER LIKE IT IS… THAT’S A WRAP! 🌧️

A massive THANK YOU to everyone in Monkton who took the time to stop, speak to us and share their concerns today. 🙌💚 We genuinely appreciate every single one of you.

Every issue that’s been raised with me over the last couple of weeks was put forward to Cllr Jonathan Grimes today. 🗣️

Now we wait to hear what comes back and what action follows.

But we’re not finished yet… 👀

We are increasing our opening hours next week which means I will be around the gym even more, which also means I have some more space for PTs as my last lot sold out incredibly fast 😃😃

So I now have the time to take on another 2 PT clients, 1,2 or 3 sessions a week available.

Please share!!!

Until I’m back to a stable condition where I can run the shop myself. I’m lucky enough to have opened up in a business that isn’t just a gym but is also a community💪🏼

So Sam & Darren from Inner Tiger Fitness have kindly offered to keep the shop open when they are open upstairs. I’m very fortunate to have this help while I’m recovering.

I can’t thank them both enough for this🙌🏽

But til I’m back it will be CARD ONLY. I will post their opening hours below so you know when you’r able to pick up your goods🥤🍫💊
