Do you need to contact the surgery to book an emergency or routine Doctor’s appointment or do you need to speak to a Receptionist regarding a query? 🤔

💻📱‼️ PLEASE USE THE ONLINE TOTAL TRIAGE FORM ‼️📱💻

If you have access to the internet, then PLEASE USE THE TOTAL TRIAGE FORM, as phonelines will be extremely busy, as our Reception team continue to support those that genuinely cannot access the Form.

The ‘Medical Query’ form is to request a GP appointment and the ‘Admin Query’ form is to speak to the Reception Team.

When using the Total Triage form, you will receive a quick response…please keep a close eye on your email and text messages.

🌟 IMPORTANT: Our New Total Triage System 🌟

We would like to remind all patients that Robert Street Surgery is now using a Total Triage system to help us manage all requests safely and efficiently.

🩺 Booking a GP appointment, Urgent or Routine…
All requests to see a Doctor should be submitted using the Medical Query Form, which can be found on our Robert Street Surgery website, this form is open during the morning, from 8am.

📋 Contacting Reception…
For all non-clinical queries, please use the Admin Query Form, this includes requests such as:
- test results
- booking blood tests/nurse appointments
- medication/prescription queries
- updating information
- any other administrative enquiries
This form is open all day, until 6pm.

‼️Please use the online forms wherever possible…our telephone lines need to remain available for patients who do not have genuine access to the internet and for those who need additional support to complete the online forms‼️

📧 Please keep a close eye on your emails…
Once you have submitted a request, please check your email regularly. A Doctor or member of the Practice Team may respond by email, including providing appointment times or asking for further information.
