Changes to Engage Consult Opening Hours

We would like to inform patients of an upcoming change to our online consultation service (Engage Consult).

From 1 July 2026, Engage Consult will be available between:

8:00 am – 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday

We understand that this is a change that may not suit everyone. However, this decision has been made to ensure we can:

Manage patient demand safely.

Maintain fair access for patients, including those who cannot access online services.

We kindly ask patients to:

Use Engage Consult for appointment requests and queries wherever possible.

Our team will continue to prioritise urgent medical needs appropriately.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we make these changes to improve patient care.

The Engage Consult service can be accessed via our website or the NHS App.
