4th October 1948 ~ 27th May 2026
Bernie’s celebration of life will take place on Thursday 18th June 2026 at 1pm in the Oak Chapel, Crownhill Crematorium (Dansteed Way, Crownhill, Milton Keynes, MK8 0AH)
If attendees could please wear colourful attire to match Bernie’s colourful personality, we know she would love that.
For people who knew Bernie, knew she loved to help others and always thought of everyone.

A private wake with just the immediate family will be held afterwards, but feel free to raise a glass where you are to celebrate her wonderful life.

In Loving Memory of Our Beloved Mom
It is with deep sadness and immense love that we remember our beloved mother, whose kindness, strength, and unwavering love shaped the lives of all who knew her.
A devoted mother to six children, she dedicated her life to her family, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her home was a place of warmth, comfort, and laughter, where everyone was welcomed with open arms and a loving heart.
Nothing brought her greater joy than her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She treasured every moment spent with them, celebrating their achievements, sharing in their happiness, and offering guidance and support through life’s challenges. Her love for her family knew no bounds, and the memories she created with them will be cherished forever.
She taught us the importance of compassion, resilience, faith, and family. Through her example, she showed us how to love deeply, give generously, and face life with grace and courage.
While our hearts are heavy with loss, we are grateful for the precious years we shared with her and for the legacy of love she leaves behind. Her spirit lives on in her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and all those whose lives she touched.
We take comfort in knowing that she is now at peace, embraced by God’s eternal love.
A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, family matriarch, sister, aunty and dear friend. She will be forever loved, forever remembered, and forever missed.
