✨ A Little Introduction for My New Followers ✨
Firstly, welcome! 💚

Over the last 72 hours, this page has gained over 1,000 new followers, so I thought it was about time I re-introduced myself.

My name is Rae, and I am an evidential medium, Reiki Master, and all-round lover of all things spiritual, unusual, and a little bit magical.

I'm based in the UK and offer video call readings, spiritual guidance, healing sessions, and mediumship training to clients both across the UK and around the world.

I have been aware of Spirit for as long as I can remember. From a very young age, I always had that inner knowing, a strong intuition, and an awareness of the spirit world around me. It was something that felt completely natural, even when I didn't fully understand it.

In 2020, I made the decision to work with Spirit full-time, offering readings, healing, and guidance to those who need it or simply want it. It is honestly a job that I absolutely adore and feel incredibly grateful to do every single day.
My aim is simple: to help people navigate some of the darkest and most difficult times in their lives, offering comfort, healing, reassurance, and evidence that love continues beyond this physical world. As an evidential medium, I believe that evidence and validation are incredibly important, and I always strive to deliver messages with compassion, honesty, and care.

One of the things I love most about this work is the people I meet. I have been lucky enough that some of my clients have even become close friends over the years, and that is something I will never take for granted. 💚

Outside of work, I'm very much an autumn soul. 🍂 You'll usually find me with a coffee in one hand, a deck of tarot cards in the other, surrounded by crystals, and quietly wishing summer would hurry up and leave. 😂

I love taxidermy, healing crystals, tarot cards, spiritual development, and anything that's a little quirky or unusual. Some people call it weird, I prefer to call it whimsical. ✨ If it's strange, spiritual, mystical, or comes in a shade of green, there's a good chance I'll love it.

What started as a small page has grown into something far more meaningful.

I was Gifted these beautiful tarot cards today 🥰 so I thought I'd use them to ask Spirit for some guidance.

✨ Collective Guidance: Knight of Cups ✨

The energy around the collective right now feels softer, calmer, and far more emotionally aligned than it has in a while. The Knight of Cups rides in like a quiet tide after a storm 🌿 Not to force change, but to gently guide you towards what is truly meant for you.
This card is a reminder that not everything is meant to be chased.
Some things arrive when you finally loosen your grip.
Spirit is asking many of you to let go of the need to control every outcome, every timeline, every unanswered question. The more you cling to what is leaving, the harder it becomes to receive what is trying to enter your life. There are opportunities, connections, healing, creativity, and emotional blessings making their way towards you now, but they need space to land 💫
For some of you, this feels like:
finally releasing an old emotional attachment
walking away from draining energy
forgiving yourself for past versions of you
allowing love in without fear
trusting your intuition instead of fear-based thoughts
no longer begging for clarity from people who confuse you
The Knight of Cups brings movement forward emotionally. Messages may arrive. Invitations may appear. Someone may open up emotionally. New inspiration can suddenly flow back into your life after feeling emotionally blocked for so long.
This is also a card of emotional alignment. What is coming towards you now feels different because it is meant to meet the version of you that has grown through the hard seasons 🌙
Spirit keeps showing the image of someone standing at the shoreline with pockets full of stones, slowly emptying them into the sea. Every stone represents something heavy: hurt, fear, resentment, self-doubt, old timelines.
And with every stone released, your hands become emptier… but your heart becomes lighter.
You do not need to carry everything into your next chapter.
The Knight of Cups asks you to move with your heart open again. Not foolishly. Not blindly. But hopefully.
Because beautiful things are trying to find you now.
