I'm away with my little family for our annual Cousins Reunion, and I couldn’t be happier! 🥰 Here’s a little snippet of Cousins Reunion 2026 so far… 💛
Very sunburnt, slightly crispy, but having the absolute BEST time making memories together! 😂☀️
My work phone has been left safely at home, so I’m officially switching off and enjoying some much-needed family time. 📵❤️

Hello August 🌿 ✨️

August carries the energy of the angel number 8, a number of abundance, balance and quiet power. It reminds us that what you've been planting, healing and working towards is beginning to gather momentum. The Universe isn't asking you to chase harder this month. It's asking you to trust that what's meant for you is already finding its way.

Starting the weeks guidance from spirit, spirit say that this is a reminder that every "yes" you give to someone else is a "no" to something within yourself if it comes at the expense of your peace.

Spirit is encouraging you to honour your energy. You don't have to explain your boundaries, overextend yourself, or carry responsibilities that were never yours to hold. Setting healthy limits isn't selfish. It's an act of self-respect.

The summer holidays have officially landed, which means my office assistants have been replaced by children who need snacks every 12 minutes. ☀️💚

If my replies are a little slower during August, that's why! I'll still be around, but I'll also be making the most of family time, so appointment slots will be more limited than usual.

We kicked off the holidays by being invited to a family photo shoot with friends in the Cambridge lavender fields... which somehow turned into The Addams Family on a day trip. Awkward? Absolutely. Memories? Definitely. 😂
