If not now, then when?

Be honest with yourself for a second. What are you waiting for?

The right time doesn’t come. It’s not sat there waiting for you to be less busy, less tired, less scared. You either start unpicking things now, or you carry them another year and call that a plan.

This is trauma-informed, somatic coaching, body led, not just talking in circles. Your body already knows what’s going on before your head catches up, so we’ll use breathwork, maybe some meditation, to help you actually hear it instead of overriding it like usual.

I’ve got availability during the day on Tuesdays and Fridays for a couple of new coaching clients. Not a pep talk. Someone who’ll actually sit with you in the mess and help you get honest about what’s really going on.

If that’s landed and Tuesdays or Fridays work for you, message me. Let’s talk.

The sauna saved me yesterday!

My nervous system was feeling a little overwhelmed and I knew I needed to slow down and regulate rather than push through.

So I got in the sauna, sat in the heat, noticed my breathing and took a few slow, regulating breaths. Just being present with how my body was feeling helped me settle.

I had a dip in the pool and felt like moving my body but it felt like it needed to be slow, so I listened!

No pushing, no 30 min swim that I’d normally push through to get done , I think I managed about 12-minutes! And that was ok!

Today I listened and allowed my self that space!

Thank you, sauna. 💛

What are your self care nervous system regulators??

I’ll be honest, I’m tired. My body is done with summer!

Don’t get me wrong, I’ve loved it. The lighter evenings, the longer days, being able to do more, walking in the sunshine & even the heat, all of it. But there’s a difference between loving a season and being ready for it to end, and I think I’m there.

Last night it was dark by nine. And instead of feeling like summers slipping away, my body just… relaxed. Like it had been waiting for permission to stop. Blanket on the sofa, cup of tea, pumpkin spice candle going in the background, that’s where I want to be right now. Nestled in. Slower. Quieter!

I’m properly in my nervous system and my body at the moment, which means I actually notice these shifts instead of pushing through them. And what I’m noticing is a craving for candles over sunshine, tea over the last of the salad days, sitting still over doing more.

Me and my husband joke about this all the time because I always say “i love the changing seasons” But this one’s a big one for me. Pumpkin spice latte season is genuinely my favourite time of year, and I can’t wait!

So that’s where I’m at. Summer, thank you ! I’ve loved you. But I’m ready to slow down.

Such a needed refresh of my hair yesterday at The Lounge Hair and Beauty by Lisa Campbell Hairdressing. The care and attention to detail she puts into giving me exactly what I want, every single time, is why I always go back. Lisa always delivers & I’d highly recommend.

Join us for a nurturing two-hour women’s circle designed to help you step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself and others.

Together, we’ll begin with gentle movement to help you arrive fully in your body, followed by a calming meditation to quiet the mind and create space within. You’ll be welcomed into a circle of like-minded women where conversation, sharing, listening, and connection can unfold naturally, bringing whatever feels right for you on the day.

There is no pressure to share; this is simply a space to be yourself, exactly as you are.

We’ll close our time together with restorative rest, allowing you to leave feeling grounded, replenished, and supported.

Whether you’re seeking connection, reflection, inspiration, or simply a moment of peace, you are warmly welcome.

Friday 18th September 7-9pm Little Brickhill village hall.

Browsing the airport bookshop for that holiday read is part of my holiday ritual. Picking a book with a coffee in hand, knowing you’ve got hours ahead of you, just feels like the holiday has properly begun.

Holidays give us that time to lose ourselves in a good book. No rushing a chapter before bed because you’re exhausted. No half-reading with one eye ope! Just proper, unhurried time to lose yourself in a story.

Summer Island pulled me in with its messy, honest look at mother-daughter relationships and the way we carry the past with us! Can highly recommend!

When did you last let yourself read for pleasure, for half hour? for hours, with nowhere else to be? It’s a real nervous system regulator!

So, go pick up the book. Ignore the to-do list. Let yourself disappear into a story for an afternoon if you can!

And let me know what you are reading this summer?

Over the years I’ve built Live, Love, Yoga around one simple belief, real healing starts with reconnecting to yourself, your body, your nervous system, and giving yourself permission to be the priority!

Our work together might look like a group yoga class, moving gently, without judgement, or it might be something more personal, a 121 private session shaped entirely around you.

For some, it’s trauma-informed somatic coaching, where we talk, but we also pay attention to what’s happening in the body as we do, the tension, the breath, the things that words alone can miss, so you leave with more than insight, you leave with a felt sense of change.

For others, it’s Reiki, a quieter kind of support, helping you rest and release. And sometimes it happens in connection with others, whether that’s during a Women’s Circle or maybe during a meditation session, or coming together on a retreat, giving ourselves proper time and space to reconnect.

None of this comes from a textbook.(Although I do love a self development book & have read LOTS!) It comes from my own lived experience, my own journey, and that’s why this isn’t just a business to me, it’s a genuine passion.

Whatever shape it takes, I offer all of this because I want to be the person you can come to when something feels missing, when you’re a little disconnected from yourself and not quite sure how to find your way back. That’s what all of this is here for.

If anything here speaks to you, I’d love to hear from you. Drop me a message or a comment below ⬇️ and let’s explore what might support you right now 😘
