We’re looking for compassionate people to join our fantastic care team and make a real difference every day.

💷 £13.45 per hour

Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, evening or weekend work, we have opportunities available to suit you.

💜 Supporting clients with personal care, medication and daily living
💜 Building meaningful relationships with the people we support
💜 Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
💜 Travelling between clients’ homes
💜 Keeping accurate care records
💜 Working as part of a supportive and inclusive team

Mayfair Homecare Milton Keynes is looking for an enthusiastic Care Coordinator to join our team.

✨ Salary: Up to £26,398.42

As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our care team, clients and families, helping us deliver outstanding, person-centred care every day.

We’re looking for someone who has:
💜 Excellent customer service and communication skills
💜 Strong organisational and administration skills
💜 Great people skills
💜 Previous care or care coordination experience
💜 A genuine commitment to our values and the people we support

Your role will include:
📋 Managing care rotas and packages
🤝 Building relationships with clients, families and professionals
📞 Responding efficiently to changes in care packages
💜 Supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
📈 Supporting the Manager with the growth of the branch
