Carla is originally from Portugal but has worked and lived in England for 15 years. She comes from a Theatre and Music background but, with a keen interest in Health and Fitness, decided to have a career change. She graduated from the Oxford School of Sports Massage (OSSM) obtaining a BTEC level 5 in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage. Carla gained skills in Soft Tissue and

Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Techniques and Trigger Point Therapy and uses them in her sessions. She believes rehabilitation to be an important and integral part of any injury treatment. She is a registered member of IRSM (Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage) and of SMA and fully insured. Carla has a busy family life, with two young children, but still finds the time to sing with her band in an around Milton Keynes, something she loves to do.
