When the going gets hot … the air con gets going

First time ever the air con has had to be on before the sun hits the front of the clinic - despite the doors open all night and ceiling fans on max since 7am it was still a moisture inducing 29.6 degrees in the clinic at 9am. Love my air con units - 5 years faithful service (and yes I’m taking the room temperature with a food thermometer 😂 …. Stop judging 😉)

On days like this I love my ceiling fans even more! Air con will be going on once the sun reaches us in a couple of hours.

👏 👏 to Gigaclear who managed to retrieve the clinic landline number from BT when BT couldn’t! 01296 720695 is back in action! 🥳 (ported in a record 6 days).

Deep joy! BT in their infinite wisdom have not only mucked up the clinic landline but also failed to tell me. Impressive for a communications company. So my apologies if you have tried to phone the clinic but the landline will just ring out. If you need to make an appointment please either click on the BOOK NOW link on the website www.swanbourneclinic.co.uk or message me on Messenger or WhatsApp 07778 755980. Gigaclear are trying to rescue the situation by porting my number to them but BT’s actions have made this by no means certain. After 29 years with my phone number it is sad and a nightmare. It was also totally avoidable and the only redeeming feature is them cooperating with the ombudsman. Fingers crossed I will get my phone number back within 2 weeks.

Hemingway (named because we have a real dachshund called Ernie) took a tumble last night in the storm. I have checked him over and he should make a full recovery 😉😂. I’m not sure his neck should be at that angle tho.

It’s beginning to look a “bit” like Christmas 🎄- Hemingway is back with his Rockin Robins 😂. We are open until December 23rd and I have laid on a couple of extra sessions to accommodate people. Back at the bench on Friday 2nd. If an existing patient has an “incident” over Christmas please drop me a message and I will open up and do an emergency clinic.
