I’m excited to share this with you!
I’m launching a 10-week online meditation and wellbeing journey, designed to help you focus on the things we experience every day but don’t always acknowledge or give ourselves credit for.
Over the 10 weeks, we’ll explore different themes and affirmations, including:
• I Am Present
• I Am Strong
• I Am Calm
Each session will help you reconnect with yourself, find balance, and create space to unwind and recharge.
Starting: 24th June
Time: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Location: Online via Zoom
All you need is:
• A quiet space where you won’t be interrupted
• A phone, laptop, tablet, or computer
• A pair of earphones or headphones
Take one hour each week for yourself. Let go of the day’s stresses, relax, and give your mind and body the time they deserve.

Hi, I’m Lynsey. 💛

I’ve worked in the wellbeing, beauty, and wellness industry for many years, helping people look and feel their best from the inside out.

Now, through Looks Beauty House & Wellness, I’m excited to be stepping forward and hosting weekly guided Zoom sessions featuring gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, mindset work, and overall wellbeing practices.

Each week we’ll focus on a different aspect of wellness, creating space for you to slow down, reconnect, and nurture your mind, body, and soul.

Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve your wellbeing, find more balance, build a positive mindset, or simply take some much-needed time for yourself, these sessions are designed to support you on your journey.
