Just the way you are MK We are an inclusive group for any families in Milton Keynes and surrounding area who are part of our Down Syndrome community.

Anyone is welcome; parents, carers, friends and siblings too! Social meeting held every second Saturday of each month at Oxley Park Community Centre. 10am till 12.00

Hi all,

Group won't be on this weekend as my mum is getting married and we will be getting ready for her big day!

Keep an eye out for some summer holiday activities we are planning!

Keep safe in the heat and reach out if you need anything at all.

Hi all

Going to give tomorrows group a miss due to attendance

We will be at gravity Sunday morning and then look to do a big session in July!

Enjoy the sunshine and remember if you need a catch up we have a wonderful committee of people willing to chat anytime

Happy Monday, everyone!

We will be hosting our monthly session this weekend on Saturday 10am-midday at Oxley Park Community Centre.

The sun looks like it's coming back, so we will have lots of outdoor activities and crafting.

Hi,

Its that time of the year again... together we celebrate all that we achieve on World Downs Syndrome Day on Saturday 21st March 2026.

We will be holding a group session this Saturday from 10.30 till midday at Little Owls Childrens Centre, Oxley Park. (please use the gate and buzz in for access) The weather looks glorious and it would be great to celebrate together.

If you want to come and volunteer some additional help is always welcome.

This weekend we have our monthly social at Little Owls Children Centre this Saturday (14th Feb) from 10.30-12.00

The theme of the course is love/friendship and the coming together of families for friendship and support!

We will have lots of crafty activities and look forward to seeing lots of you there!

Happy New Year to our wonderful families and friends!

Hope you all had a lovely break. Today feels somewhat normal in getting back into the routine of things!

There are so many germs going around we have decided to do an outdoor event this weekend instead of coming together inside.

We will be meeting at Salcey Forest (weather permitting) at 10.45am on Saturday with the aim to walk the shorter trail and do a scavenger hunt.
