There’s something rather special about yoga when it finds its way into your life wherever you are. 💜

This morning, Natalie joined us from Wales 🏞️🇬🇧

And where did she find herself for our online session? A beautiful barn! 🐑🌾🧘‍♀️

Now THAT is dedication! 😂👏

Holiday in Wales but still making time to roll out the mat and join us for our morning practice. I absolutely love that yoga can travel with us, no matter where we are, we can take a little time to move, breathe, stretch and reconnect.

Well done Natalie for keeping up your practice while on holiday, although I think the barn might just be one of the most unique yoga studios we’ve had 😍

✨ Monday Night Yoga – Mindful Movement & Deep Stretch ✨

A lovely Monday evening on the mat, combining mindful movement with some deeper, slower stretches. 🧘‍♀️💫

Towards the end of the class we explored Frog Pose (Mandukasana) – a great hip opening posture, but one that can feel quite intense! 🐸

And this is where props can be your best friend. 💚 There’s absolutely no need to force your body into a shape. We explored different modifications using bolsters, blocks and other supports to make the pose more comfortable, accessible and supportive.

Using props isn’t about making a pose “easier” – it’s about finding the right version of the pose for your body today. 🙏

Remember, yoga isn’t about how deep you can go… it’s about how mindfully you can be there. 🌿

Another beautiful Deep Stretch class this morning 💜

This morning we slowed everything down, holding each pose for approximately 4 minutes, allowing the body time to soften, release tension and truly relax.

Using a combination of floor-based poses and the support of our yoga slings, we were able to find a position that felt comfortable and accessible.

It was also a little cooler today... so for our Frog Pose, Nat decided the only sensible option was to get cosy under a blanket! 😂
Sometimes the deepest relaxation comes when you're warm, comfortable and able to completely let go.

Remember, yoga isn't about pushing your body—it's about listening to it. Giving yourself permission to pause, breathe and simply be can be one of the greatest gifts you give yourself.

There really is something special about practicing yoga outdoors as the world gently wakes up. 🌅💚

This morning's deep stretch class was all about slowing down, breathing deeply, and allowing the body to soften.

We held each pose for around four minutes, giving ourselves the time and space to truly release tension, improve flexibility, and simply be present.

We finished our practice with a peaceful mindful meditation, taking in the sounds of nature and embracing a moment of stillness before the day began.

Sometimes the greatest gift we can give ourselves is to slow down. ✨

As the world gently awakened, so did we. 🌿✨

Our early morning practice began in Child's Pose, a gentle invitation to pause, turn inwards, and reconnect with ourselves. With each breath, we softened into the present moment, listening to the birdsong, feeling the fresh morning air, and allowing nature to become part of our practice.

Together we moved through mindful, gentle stretches, awakening the body with kindness, gratitude, and ease—honouring exactly where we were today, without judgement.

We closed our practice in Savasana, giving ourselves permission to simply be... to rest, restore, and receive the peace that comes when we slow down and surrender.

Yoga isn't about achieving the perfect pose. It's about creating space to breathe, to feel, to connect, and to come home to yourself.

What a beautiful way to start the day! ☀️🧘‍♀️

This morning's yoga class was taken outdoors in the glorious sunshine, allowing us to connect with nature while nurturing our bodies and minds.

We focused on a deep stretch practice, gently releasing tension, improving flexibility, and creating space within the body.

The combination of mindful movement, fresh air, birdsong, and warm sunshine made for a truly calming and uplifting experience.

There's something special about practising yoga outdoors – feeling grounded beneath your feet, breathing in the fresh morning air, and embracing the natural energy all around us.

A wonderful start to the day with some much-needed self-care and relaxation.

🌞🧘‍♀️ Early Morning Outdoor Yoga 🧘‍♀️🌞

What a beautiful way to start the day, taking our practice outside and making the most of the lovely weather we're experiencing. 💚

This morning I had the pleasure of guiding two beautiful souls through a mindful yoga practice surrounded by nature. We began with grounding and connecting to the breath before moving into a gentle warm-up to awaken the body.

Our flow included Sun Salutations to welcome the day, Warrior poses to build strength and stability, and a variety of stretches to create space and ease throughout the body.
There was also an opportunity to explore and practice Headstand for those wishing to challenge themselves and build confidence in their practice.

We finished, as always, with a peaceful Savasana, allowing the body to fully relax and absorb the benefits of the morning's movement.

There's something truly special about practising yoga outdoors — feeling the warmth of the sun, the fresh air on your skin, and the connection to the natural world around you. 🌿☀️

Thank you to my wonderful practitioners for sharing your energy and presence this morning. 🙏💛

We also had the pleasure of being joined by a gorgeous dog 🐶
