There's something so mindful about baking sourdough.

It can't be rushed. It asks you to slow down, pay attention, trust the process, and put a little love into every step.

I've recently mastered making my own sourdough, and I've discovered that baking has become another way for me to unwind and be fully present.

Seeing these beautiful loaves come to life is so rewarding, but knowing they'll be shared and enjoyed by others is the part that brings me the most joy.

Sometimes the simplest rituals are the ones that nourish us the most. 🤍

We had such a lovely intimate drum circle tonight.

We drummed for our ancestors and each received a drum healing which was magical. We talked and sang and just enjoyed the inner peace that being in nature brought us.
Thank you ladies for making tonight so special 💞💞💞💞
