✨ What a lovely week of treatments! ✨

Another beautiful week in the therapy room, with a wonderful mix of treatments and some truly lovely clients. 💗

This week I’ve been giving:
🌿 Reflexology
💎 Crystal Reflexology
🤰 Maternity Reflexology
✨ Facial & Foot Reflexology
🌙 Ultimate Indian Head Massage

Every treatment is different because every person is different. I love being able to tailor each session to what you need on the day, whether that’s relaxation, some precious time for yourself, or simply switching off from the outside world for a while.

There’s something pretty special about being trusted with someone’s wellbeing, and I never take that for granted. 🥰

So, here’s to another week of calm, connection, happy feet, relaxed heads, and lots of lovely treatment-room moments. 💫

Thank you to everyone who has stepped through my door this week. You’ve made it a beautiful one. ❤️

Receiving reviews like this never fails to put a smile on my face. 💙

As a small business owner, every review means so much more than just a few kind words. It tells me that I've made a positive difference to someone's wellbeing, and that's exactly why I do what I do.

I'm incredibly grateful to each and every client who takes the time to share their experience. Your trust, support, and feedback help my business grow and allow others to feel confident in taking that first step on their own wellbeing journey.

Thank you for your lovely words and for choosing me to be part of your self-care journey. It truly is a privilege. 💫

🌼 Hay fever making life miserable? Sneezing, itchy eyes, blocked sinuses, headaches, and that constant feeling of being "bunged up" can really take the shine off summer.

Reflexology is a wonderfully gentle, holistic therapy, and every treatment I provide is tailored to your individual physical and emotional needs. No two sessions are ever the same because no two people experience symptoms in quite the same way.

During a treatment, I may focus on reflex points associated with the sinuses, eyes, ears, nose, throat, Eustachian tube, lungs, and diaphragm. The aim is to encourage balance throughout the body, promote deep relaxation, and support your overall wellbeing. Many clients find that they leave feeling less congested, breathing more comfortably, and deeply relaxed.

While reflexology isn't a cure for hay fever or seasonal allergies, it can be a wonderful complementary therapy to help you feel calmer, support your body's natural processes, and make allergy season feel a little more manageable.
If seasonal allergies have been getting the better of you, perhaps it's time to give yourself an hour to switch off, breathe deeply, and let your body reset. 🌿👣

📩 Get in touch to book your appointment and discover how a treatment tailored just for you could help you feel your best this allergy season.

There are so many myths and misconceptions surrounding reflexology, so I thought it would be helpful to separate fact from fiction! 👣✨

💙 National Carers Week 💙

Today, I want to recognise and celebrate the incredible carers who dedicate so much of their time, energy, and compassion to supporting others.

As someone living with a physical disability, I have recently started receiving support from carers myself. It wasn't an easy step to take, but I can honestly say they have become absolutely invaluable to me. Their support helps me maintain my independence, manage daily challenges, and navigate life with a little less stress. For that, I am incredibly grateful.

Carers do so much more than provide practical help. They offer reassurance, encouragement, kindness, and dignity. They show up every day, often without recognition, and make a real difference to the lives of the people they support.

Caring can be physically, mentally, and emotionally demanding, and it's important that carers remember to look after themselves, too. Your well-being matters.

To all carers, whether you're supporting a family member, friend, client, or loved one, thank you. Your patience, dedication, and hard work do not go unnoticed. You make a bigger impact than you may ever realise.

As a reflexologist, I also see the importance of taking time to rest and recharge. Everyone deserves moments of calm and self-care, especially those who spend so much of their time caring for others.

💙 This National Carers Week, let's celebrate the amazing people who care, support, and help others every single day. Thank you for all that you do. 💙

Self-care isn’t always bubble baths and early nights. Sometimes it’s simply giving yourself permission to slow down… to rest without guilt, to say no when you need to, to protect your peace, and to listen to what your mind and body are asking for.

In a world that celebrates being constantly busy, choosing yourself can feel revolutionary.

Take the break. Drink the water. Book the treatment. Go for the walk. Buy the flowers. Breathe deeply. You deserve care, too 💙

Self-care is not selfish. It’s maintenance for the soul. 😍
