I'm an impatient cook.

I have no artistic tendencies.

I tend to plop it on a plate and eat.

I prefer volume over arty farty designs.

Which is why I rarely post my own food photos.

I know my meals wouldn't get space in a restaurant but they do me just fine.

However, I've just made this from the brand new Slimming World magazine.

I've had the best day, with the best people at the Northants district meeting.
Loved seeing so many old friends. I was sad that I didn't get to speak to everyone but it really was lovely to be back with the district I started with.

CREDIBILITY AND AUTHENTICITY

I stumbled upon this influencer the other day and she's amazing Mo’s Slimming World Recipes Syns & More

What I love about it is Mo is a diamond target member - proof that it can be done and she's Slimming World through and through.

That's what I need at the moment. Somebody else who knows Food Optimising works 100%.

So many influencers use Slimming World to gain followers and monetise their account (so many agitators do this too) without really loving or believing in the plan.

I've had a bit of a social media clean up this week.

When I'm trying to lose weight, I need to surround myself with authenticity and credibility to reduce the noise and build my self belief.
