FREE ‘Tuning into Teens’ Summer Group for parents of 10-16 year olds, with Somerset MHST. 💙💚

Parenting a teenager can feel overwhelming – especially when emotions run high.
This Tuning Into Teens parent group helps you build stronger, calmer relationships with your teen by learning how to understand, respond to and support their emotions. Would you like to feel more confident:

✔️ Talking with & understanding your teen
✔️ Building emotional resilience of your teen
✔️ Helping your teen deal with conflict
✔️ Feeling more confident as a parent.

This group is a supportive, practical programme led by Somerset’s Mental Health Support Team.

📍 Where: The Horizon Centre, Bathpool, Taunton
⏰Time: 12:30–3:30pm
📅 When: Wednesdays: 29th July, 12th August, 19th August (you need to be able to attend all 3 dates)
