Woodland House Care and Nursing Home, located in Colliers Wood, South West London, offers exceptional nursing, residential and dementia care. Our highly trained care and nursing team provides 24-hour support for residents. The home has sixty-four ensuite bedrooms and comfortable lounge and dining areas. Residents enjoy diverse activities, from crafts and games to baking and gardening, in our pub,

hair salon, and bistro café. Our chef and front-of-house team cater to a wide range of dietary needs.

What an absolutely magical time we had at our summer garden party! 🌸

The day was incredible, with fun games keeping everyone on their toes, an exciting raffle full of surprises, and delightful bubble machines adding that extra touch of whimsy to the day. 🫧

A wonderful team effort from everyone who helped to make the day so memorable. A special mention also goes to a family member who kindly made some Woodlands House themed biscuits for everyone to enjoy. 🍪

The amazing turnout showed just how much community spirit and warmth surrounds everything we do. We are so grateful for each and every person who joined us to make this summer celebration so unforgettable. Here's to more sunshine, laughter, and good times ahead! ☀️

☀️ We've been making the most of the sunshine this week! ☀️

Our residents have enjoyed some wonderful days out, including a visit to Battersea Power Station, where we relaxed and watched the excitement of Wimbledon on the big screen. 🎾

We also spend a lovely afternoon at Tooting Common, treating ourselves to delicious ice creams 🍦🌳

Closer to home, we've been making the most of the beautiful park right behind our care home, enjoying the peaceful walks, fresh air, and quality time together.

A wonderful day out for some of our residents at The Chelsea Gardener garden centre! 🌼🌿

We enjoyed exploring the beautiful displays, browsing the plants and garden accessories, and soaking up the lovely atmosphere. With a well earned stop at the cafe, where we enjoyed some food and delicious ice cream 🍨

Our wonderful residents recently had an incredible time arranging these large stunning floral displays using beautiful fresh flowers from Freddie's Flowers, and the results were absolutely fabulous! 🌸

Life is all about finding balance and making the most of every opportunity that comes our way, rain or shine! 🌤️

While the weather couldn't make up its mind today, we seized that perfect window of opportunity to soak up some vitamin D and fresh air in our local park.

Whether it's a quick walk, a peaceful moment to stop and listen to the birds, or simply breathing in that fresh post-storm air, these little escapes refresh our souls and remind us to appreciate the simple pleasures. ☀️
