If you are looking for different ways to relax over the weekend why not try a hand breathing exercise? Use your hand to help pace your breathing and focus your attention on the exercise. 💜 Happy International Friendship Day! 💜

Today we’re celebrating the power of friendship and the positive impact meaningful connections can have on our mental wellbeing. 🌍🤝

Having someone to talk to, laugh with, or simply spend time with can help reduce feelings of loneliness, improve our mood, and remind us that we’re not alone. Whether it’s a lifelong friend, a colleague, a neighbour, or someone you’ve recently met, every positive connection matters.

Why not take a moment today to:
💛 Check in with a friend.
💛 Reach out to someone you haven’t spoken to in a while.
💛 Say thank you to someone who has supported you.
💛 Make time for a meaningful conversation.

Small acts of kindness and connection can make a big difference for ourselves and for others.

Happy International Friendship Day! 💕🌟
