How do organisations stay resilient when demand is growing, resources are stretched, and the work itself can be emotionally demanding?

Our CEO, Claire Power-Browne, will be joining Nadine Powrie for a LinkedIn Live discussion exploring how CEOs and organisations build resilience under pressure.

Young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing require not only a clear mission, but also sustainable leadership, strong partnerships and a healthy, supported workforce.

The conversation with Nadine will explore:
• Keeping teams connected to purpose during times of uncertainty.
• How leadership responses to pressure influence organisational culture.
• Balancing compassion, accountability and clear boundaries.
• The role of partnership and shared responsibility in building capacity.
• Understanding the capacity that organisations and teams can realistically sustain.
• Where leaders find the support, challenge and perspective they need.

We're looking forward to sharing reflections from our journey as a growing, mission-led organisation, alongside practical questions that leaders can take back to their own teams and organisations.

If leading people, delivering impact, or building organisational resilience, we'd love you to join us.
