✨ Meet Carly ✨
Carly has a passion for all aspects of rehabilitation. She enjoys supporting individuals through every stage of their recovery journey, whether that involves preparing for surgery, post-operative rehabilitation, recovering from injury, managing persistent musculoskeletal conditions, or improving mobility, balance, and confidence in those living with neurological conditions.
Carly’s interest in rehabilitation began whilst studying for a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science at Abertay University. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, exercise prescription, biomechanics, physiology, and the psychological factors that influence injury, performance, and recovery. She then went on to complete a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at Glasgow Caledonian University, combining her passion for movement and exercise with evidence-based clinical practice.
Alongside physiotherapy, Carly is qualified in Mat Pilates, acupuncture and dry needling, and sports massage therapy. She adopts an evidence-based, exercise-focused approach to treatment, tailoring rehabilitation programmes to each individual’s goals and empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health.
Carly works across our David Lloyd Clinic in Monifieth (Mon/Wed/Thur) and Strathmore Clinic at Inchmichael Park (Tues/Fri).
