All systems back up and running after a Wales wide issue. Please continue to be patient as we catch up.

We are experiencing a major issue with our clinical IT system. If you need to contact the surgery urgently please call reception in the usual way.

We are currently facing an incredibly busy period at the practice. Alongside high demand, we are experiencing a temporary reduction in operational capacity, and we are also in the process of moving back into our main surgery site following the flood.

Our dedicated team is working as fast as they can under these challenging circumstances, but you may experience longer delays than usual with:

Dispensary have found a lost dog in Waitrose car park! He's being well looked after, but if his owner would like him back please come to the dispensary hut at the back of the surgery 😊

We are holding our final mass vaccination clinic of the Spring on Saturday the 9th in Monnow Vale.

With 500 patients booked we are hoping for a good turnout. Please let us know if you can’t make your booked appointment (but don’t forget the practice phone lines will be closed after 18:30 on Friday).

We currently have no internet at our temporary set up/ surgery site in Monmouth.
This unfortunately means we have no PC access.
Kindly use our answerphone to order any repeat prescriptions 01600 713353 or hand in a paper repeat slip/use the NHS App. 📞 ☎️
As we can’t access PCs to look for prescriptions processed can we again kindly ask you only come to collect today if you have left at least the requested 48hrs we required.

We have just finished the first Covid & RSV vaccination clinic of the Spring in Raglan. We vaccinated 401 patients with either Covid, RSV or both

Sadly 189 patients failed to attend their appointment. If you are not able to make the appointment given or you wish to decline the vaccinations please let us know in advance.

We have to invite patients up to 3 times for their spring vaccinations. If they decline in advance this saves the practice a lot of time and money.

Remaining clinics:
25th and 26th of April and 9th of May - all in Monnow Vale.

Spring Covid and RSV clinics

Letters inviting eligible patients to an appointment will be sent this week. Our clinics this spring are on:

24th April – Raglan
25th, 26th April and 9th May – Monnow Vale

(these are the only clinics planned, if you are unable to attend any of the dates above you will be invited to a Mass Vaccination Centre from June onwards)

Eligible groups for this spring are:
Covid
P0.3 Currently Immunosuppressed
P2.1 All those 80 years of age and over
P3 All those 75 years of age and over

RSV
PR2.1 All those 80 years of age and over
PR3 All those 75 years of age and over
PR6.2 Pregnant women

Please contact the practice to rearrange your appointment or decline your vaccination/s. We are required to invite eligible patients 3 times so if you do not want the vaccination/s please contact us.
