Due to the exceptionally high temperatures today, our premises are much warmer than usual. As our building is Grade II listed, we are unfortunately unable to install air conditioning. We are doing everything we can to keep the environment as comfortable as possible, including using fans throughout the building.
At present, our consulting room has reached 38°C and the shop is currently 29°C. If your medication request is not urgent and you are able to collect it tomorrow or later this week instead, we would be very grateful.
We also kindly ask that you treat our staff with patience and understanding as they continue to work hard in these challenging conditions. Thank you for your support and cooperation.
