As someone who has felt the brutal pain, confusion, shame, guilt, powerlessness, conflict and numbness of post natal depression, I know how essential it is to use my strength and my voice to raise awareness of the realities of what mothers are experiencing, day in day out, across the world…

If you are 1 in 5 - you are not alone… I stand with you today, and every day… please reach out to a friend, neighbour, family member, midwife, perinatal mental health team, whoever… support is there so please seek it… it can save lives, mine included… 💚

New (cheap as chips - love a bargain!) nail varnish and loving it…! Sometimes its the little things… ❤️

I love doing my nails, it gives me a moment in time where I cannot do anything else (without getting nail varnish on evvverryyything!) and forces me to sit, to rest, to give myself space, and to nourish myself and my care needs which can sometimes get missed in amongst the whirlwind of life…
