What 9 weeks condensed down to 30 seconds looks like.

We’ve had the privilege of working with Troy over the last year and a half. Going through each camp, working hard to get 1% better each time. Everyone sees the final product, but many don’t see the hours of graft he puts in week after week.

One thing Troy doesn’t lack is discipline. During the good days and the bad days, he always turns up!

Works hard in silence and let the success make the noise.

Anyone who’s been in a boot, cast or immobilised because of any injury, will know how quickly it takes for your muscles to get weaker and smaller. 🥴

The goal is to prevent this and build it back as quickly as possible. If not done correctly or skipped, you risk having long lasting issues down the line. 💪🏼📉

What do we look for in testing? 🧪📈

A big guide for us is seeing if each side is under a 10% difference. We all have a dominant side and this factors this in. If we are outside of this then the science suggests you’ll be at risk of injury. The bigger deficit the bigger risk.

We use this to help identify areas at risk and also when returning back from injury to get you back inside the 10% so we can minimise this preventable injuries or re-injury.

As you can see from these results, I am showing an 8% difference. My right side showing stronger as that’s my dominant side.
