Good Morning 🙏 Happy Sunday from the not so sunny lake district. Im back in the hub Wednesday- Sunday next week . So if you need some zen time click on the link below. After resetting my own nervous system this weekend camping in the woods (literally) earth sign ♉️ Ta**us in heaven 😍 I have realised even me who practices what i preach daily needed this time to reset . My name is Sarah and im no stranger at fellfoot Wood but this year i will be offering Reiki & Sound therapy in the woods.
These treatments will be offered one to one and will include Reiki & Crystal Bowls and Reiki Drum . There will be different combinations but all designed to reset and sooth the nervous system and release any blockages in the chakras . There will be a booking system available on arrival , so come and find the Reiki tent and pop down your reservation for the weekend!
I will also be offering a special shamanic Jounrney at Yew tree circle , this will be a sound journey amongst the ancient trees . Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket for this one and immerse in sound and the practice of Journeying!

Its August and im already feeling excited at this month's events and and how busy you're all keeping me 🪄✨️
Appointments this week are limited . I only have availability Monday-Wednesday this week. Then next week is only Wednesday-Saturday availability. There are some evening appointments left if you need!
