, covering developments in care sector management over the past 20-plus years. He is supported by a team of carefully recruited and well-trained staff led by Care Manager, Mrs Sally Dalby who joined in 2008 as a Carer and gained Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification in 2009. Sally became a Senior Carer in August 2010, managing a team of Carers. She got her Level 5 in Advanced Adult Practice in Health & Social Care & Level 7 Management & Leadership Award in February 2020. Also in the management team is Mrs Julie Anderton, Julie came from Lancashire County Council Adult College where she had been a Team Leader in the Health & Social Care Dept. Prior to that, Julie was a Branch Manager for domiciliary care agency supervising Carers in the community, and before that was a qualified nurse between 1981-1985. Currently, Julie is responsible for recruitment, training, welfare and constant appraisal of all the Mayfair staff. We offer accommodation to residents requiring long or short-term care as well as holiday relief and convalescence from illness or treatment.
