Each month the manager Carmel Croft, reads all the recognitions which have been submitted for the previous month by their work colleagues, residents, residents family and friends.

This month the award was given to Emma Parkinson along with a box of chocolates.
Emma has proven time and time again she will go well above the call of duty.
