Sooo, had a mare of a day yesterday trying to get sorted to volunteer at Love Herder. Lots of little things gone wrong, got up early to do some work, PC restarted several times, IT chucking me out of calls. Dungarees I wanted to wear had a big grease stain over them, put a sheet for the van out to finishing drying, it then chucked it down and it came in wetter than when it went out. I was making overnight oats, Ste ate the fruit 😂🤣. Thankfully Stacey’s train was delayed so she wasn’t waiting for me to finish packing. We are here now and it is going to be a fabulous weekend. Just had an amazing evening with some lovely ladies from Infinite Women, Morecambe. Thanks for having me 💝

Tonight, we stepped into a powerful space together to look closely at our inner critics, not to fight them, but to understand them.

If today taught us anything, it’s that the harsh inner voice isn’t the absolute truth; it’s often just a part of us trying to keep us safe in the only way it knows how. When we meet that criticism with curiosity and deep compassion, the volume starts to drop.

To everyone who showed up, shared, and held space tonight, thank you for your vulnerability and your beautiful presence. Remember to be incredibly gentle with yourself as you process tonight's session. You are doing the beautiful work of coming home to who you truly are.
