I have relocated to the wonderful Newton Village Hall. It's warm, it's welcoming, carpeted with plenty of parking. Classes start back Tuesday 6th Jan with zoom. Details below
Tuesday zoom 6.30 to 8pm £10 per session payable in four weeks blocks
Wednesday 10 to 12.30 pm starting with a cuppa and a chat moving in to a restorative practice to gently nurture and calm you. £15 per session payable a month in advance
Wednesday 6.15 to 7.45pm £10 per class payable in four weeks blocks.
All of my relaxations are recorded as is my zoom so you never need to miss out on a class even if you can't make it. Please message or text 07970621576 for further details
