🌟 A New Caring with Confidence Course Starts This September 🌟

Our Caring with Confidence course, in collaboration with Health Junction, is designed to give you the tools and support you need to care with confidence. 💜

This first session focuses on Resilience, helping you:
💪 Build the ability to bounce back from setbacks and cope with life's challenges
🔋 Maintain your motivation and avoid burnout
🌱 Develop the tools to keep going, even when your caring role gets tough

📅 Tuesday 15th September (or join our second start date: Tuesday 29th September)

☕ Are you a carer in the Wallasey area? ☕

Join us twice a month at Inspire Community Cafe for our friendly Carer Support Group. It's a chance to connect with others who understand what you're going through, share experiences, and get the support you deserve. 💜

You don't have to be from the Wallasey area to attend, anyone caring for someone in Wirral is welcome.

💙 NHS Living Well Service – coming to your local community this September

Looking after your health and wellbeing doesn't always have to involve a GP appointment.

The NHS Living Well Service is visiting Wirral this September, offering free health checks and wellbeing conversations in local community settings.

📍 Rock Ferry Library / One Stop Shop

The service can provide health checks and give you the opportunity to have a friendly conversation about your health and wellbeing, with support to help you make positive changes where needed.

We’re hosting a Macmillan Coffee Morning at the WIRED Carers Hub, and we’d love you to come along.
