We are really pleased that work to refurbish our Felton practice is to start soon.

Our contractor, Meldrum Facilities, will be on site from Monday next week and we will keep residents updated about when their site cabins will be delivered as we will need to restrict parking outside of the surgery for a few hours.

This is to give Meldrum the space they need for the delivery and to make sure that the cabins can be delivered and put in place safely.

We will keep everyone updated.

We provided an update on the refurbishment last month. To view it, as well as a set of FAQs, visit our website ➡️ https://orlo.uk/iIq1T

A message from the surgery:

We've become aware of some rumours suggesting that NPC Felton will be closing during upcoming refurbishment works.

We would like to reassure patients that the surgery will remain open, and services will continue throughout the refurbishment period. If we do need to make any changes to the opening days or hours, we will let patients know.

As part of our preparations, some patients have been receiving two months' worth of prescriptions instead of the usual one month. This temporary measure is in place to support our dispensary team during the summer annual leave period and to help reduce footfall in the surgery while refurbishment works are taking place.

This change does not mean the surgery is closing during refurbishments.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We will keep patients updated throughout the refurbishment works and will share any important information as required.
