❤️ Red Light Therapy Benefits ❤️

Looking for a gentle, non-invasive way to support healthier-looking skin? Red light therapy with cosmetic acupuncture is a popular treatment that may help:

✨ Improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles

✨ Support collagen production for firmer-looking skin

✨ Enhance skin tone and texture

✨ Reduce the appearance of redness and inflammation

✨ Promote a brighter, more radiant complexion

✨ Support skin recovery and overall skin health

✨ No pain, needles, or downtime
Consistency is key—best results are typically seen with regular treatments over time.

Ready to glow from the inside out ? ❤️

Big thank you 🙏 to the fabulous for the led arch loan.

Deep warmth. Better circulation. Intentional healing.

TDP mineral heat therapy is a staple in many Chinese medicine clinics because it helps the body unwind, restore, and recover naturally. 🔥

You’ll see me use it to support Acupuncture and other Chinese Medicine techniques in clinic. It feels lovely and warm, releasing muscular tension and helping the body to relax and repair.

I'm excited to be live on Koast Radio next Tuesday 26th May at 10:30am, chatting about how Acupuncture stopped my baby being born too early in Bali, and what led me to study a BSc degree in it at 50. Tune in here https://koastradio.co.uk/

Cupping marks aren’t bruises from “damage” — they’re caused by suction pulling blood and fluid to the surface.

The colour and intensity can vary based on circulation, muscle tension, hydration, and how long the cups stayed on.

🟣 Darker marks → often more stagnation/tightness

🔴 Red/pink marks → increased circulation

🟤 Speckled marks → surface capillaries reacting

⚪ Little/no mark → less congestion in that area

Most marks fade within a few days to 2 weeks.
Cupping should never leave severe pain, blistering, or broken skin.

I use cupping alongside massage and acupuncture in clinic to affect tissue at a deeper level.
