Yesterday I went for Hypno Reiki with the lovely Jade at 𝖳𝗋𝖺𝗂𝗇 π–Έπ—ˆπ—Žπ—‹ 𝖲𝗉𝗂𝗋𝗂𝗍 🀍✨ and today I'm reflecting πŸ’­

Reiki is amazing for giving you a fresh perspective on life as well as relaxation. I recognised I'd gotten stuck in a rut recently, I'd been sabotaging myself and I'd never tried Hypno Reiki, I wanted to see if it would reignite my drive for life. I'm SO glad I went to Jade to do this because she always provides a safe and beautiful experience 🫢🏻

Today I'm journalling, drinking water and thinking about the path I'm on as well as what my new goals are. Often we think we need to be doing 1000 things at once to be "productive", but I'm going to take my own advice and slow things down. It's time for a new focus and some new dreams, but there's certainly no rush to get there ❀️‍πŸ”₯

I've been busy decorating.... ✨

I know everyone will be sick of me going on about it, but we bought our house from the landlord and now I'm working from the living room it was a good excuse to get painting! 🍊

I'm so excited to start having clients here (in the 1 room that's semi presentable) as we go on this journey, life's far too short for magnolia walls 🀠

1 Allow me to reintroduce myself, I'm Helena and I've been practicing specialist massage/Reiki since 2022 🀍

2 l've recently updated my logo, nothing too drastic but if you're an OG you'll notice some similarities 🀭

3 l've been dealing with a broken foot recently, nothing too major but I'm stuck in the boot for the foreseeable πŸ‘’

4 I'm now working from my home! I'm hoping to set up a separate space eventually, but for now I'm working from my living room during the week in the mornings πŸ₯°

5 l've taken up some pretty heavy renovation projects... this picture sums it up well! But the living room and bathroom are useable so we're going with it πŸ˜…

6 The living room is shared with our tortoise Stevie, he used to belong to a client but we adopted him 🐒

7 And we can't forget Jessie girl, she loves to lie in her crate while I'm working and listen to the chat or the music when I'm doing Reiki 🐢

I realise that recently I have been exceptionally quiet on here, and my regular clients knew this month would be a busy one for me but it was never my intention to keep everyone in the dark! 🀭

I've decided to move away from a premises all together and look into working from my home instead. I've just bought my house from my landlord and it's been a very stressful time! So while we're in renovation hell, I'm taking a pause from the business to make sure it'll still be safe for clients to walk into πŸ› οΈ

Since 2024, I've been on a total whirlwind and done things I never thought I'd be capable of doing. I still can't believe I'm a homeowner! But for the rest of 2026 I'll be (attempting) to chill out. Thank you to everyone who has stuck by me and supported me on this journey, 1 more week of madness and I promise I'll be back πŸ˜…

Change is scary, in fact it's been terrifying! But ultimately it's good and I'm so glad of it πŸ’–
