Saturday 29th August, open 10am-2pm pop up shop, followed by a workshop on Lapis Lazuli with Vintage Tea Cups 2pm-4pm

Jules pop up shop will have crystals, jewellery, tea blends, scent sachets, ornate tea spoons and of course her wonderful vintage Tea Cups!

Gathering women together for an evening of intuitive movement, Candle Ritual & Crystal Spell as we welcome Autumn.

Ah Autumn, the breath out, the release, the welcoming of softness and coziness.

Calling the women to gather in circle for a sacred evening of enhancing our intuition and Magick ahead of 'spooky season'. A potent energetic time of ritual and connection.

Everything will be provided for you.

We will begin the evening with a sharing circle as we gather our thoughts at the end of summer.

Moving into gentle, guided intuitive movement of the body, followed by a candle ritual and Crystal Spell.

You'll take home your candle & crystal for your altar or sacred space at home, as a reminder of your magic and intuition.

Herbal teas and light snacks included.

Wear anything you feel comfortable in.

A beautiful post by Life Beading by Over the Stile

I popped into Wenlock Wellness Space today to give my little Life Beading shelf a refresh.

If you haven’t been upstairs into this rather wonderful old building on Much Wenlock High Street, it’s well worth knowing about. Emm Reeves has created such a warm, welcoming space there, with all sorts of workshops, treatments, classes and small local businesses passing through.

My shelf now has one of the new Love & Friendship Life Beading kits, a finished bracelet so you can see what you might make, and a little glimpse of the wider range.

Life Beading kits are guided bracelet-making and reflection kits - made for moments like friendship, courage, celebration, change, remembrance and wellbeing.

And because they’re sitting in one of my favourite Much Wenlock spaces, visitors to Wenlock Wellness Space can get 20% off the usual £28 price.

Once again, grief has knocked on my door as I prepare to say goodbye to another loved one 💔

This week I have cancelled treatments, a festival and belly dance class which you all know I hate to do. But to support a loved one to transition onward is the greatest honour.

At the moment I am taking things day by day, I hope to be able to offer what we have planned at the end of the week but I will let you all know if you're booked on to the Summer Radiance Retreat on Sunday.
